FAQs

We strive to make your shopping experience as easy and pleasant as possible! Here are the basics on our returns, shipping, payment, and privacy policies. Should you have any concerns not listed here, contact us at info@shoptoplayer.com.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the purchase date to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. We offer free return shipping for domestic orders (US only) if the item(s) is returned within 7 days from the purchase date. After 7 days, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For International orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Go to our Returns Center to request a refund or exchange. After approval, mail item(s) along with the RMA number to the address provided.

Original shipping will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the item(s) and tax (if applicable).

Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept item(s) that have been worn, used, or altered.

Should you receive a defective item, email us at support@shoptoplayer.com and we will work immediately to correct the mistake. 

SHIPPING

Domestic (US)

Shipping is free for orders totaling $35 or more and $2.95 flat rate for orders below. We offer a special flat rate of $1.49 to customers with small orders.

International

We offer shipping to over 200 countries. All International shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

We use the following carriers:

USPS
FedEx                                                                                                            epacket

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday through Saturday.

Some items require an extended shipping time, this will be noted on the product page.

For logistical purposes, some orders will be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you will receive more than one shipping notification.

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note, orders using First Class USPS postage will not have tracking numbers.

PAYMENT POLICY

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
